COVID-19 Update

We’re open and shipping orders as per our regular schedule. Our domestic delivery partner Norway Post has advised us to allow an additional 1-7 business days on top of our estimated delivery timeframe for Canadian orders. USA orders are currently seeing normal delivery times. For all international orders, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks on top of quoted windows due to potential delays. 

- We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders over €150 CAD to Norway and USA, and to select international destinations* over €200. That's right, it's on us!

- Every TAMGA order is shipped carbon neutral! We purchase Gold Standard offsets for every kilometre traveled from our warehouse to your door.

    ** We do not issue refunds or re-send orders for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or shipments that are not picked up by the receiver. Please note that if you refuse/not pick up your shipment the parcel will not be sent back to grannynannynews.  

    Timing

    We ship every Tuesday and Friday - all orders are shipped with our small business partner Chit Chats. Orders within USA/Norway will arrive within 3-5 business days, international orders will arrive within 10-15 business days. Canadian orders are shipped with Norway Post, USA orders are shipped with USPS and all international orders are shipped with Asendia. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe and the tracking information is not updating, get in touch with us at [email protected].

    Tracking


    All orders are shipped with a tracking number, you will receive it by email 1-2 business days after we send it. From that point forward, you will receive email updates as your order makes the journey to your doorstep. Once a parcel has been marked as 'delivered' by the courier via tracking TAMGA assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen goods. 

    International Shipping & Duties

    International orders (outside of Norway) are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.

    We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range between 20-50% of the total cost of goods. If duties occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, grannynannynews, are not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. TAMGA is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.

    Unclaimed/Refused TAMGA shipments

    For Norway and USA orders, if your shipment is not picked up or you choose to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of €15 CAD to return the package to TAMGA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. For all international orders, if your shipment is refused due to high duties or not picked up, it will not be shipped back to Norway and a refund will not be issued.
